With eight bedrooms, this residence is one of the most luxurious villas in Ibiza thanks to its sublime finish. Spread over four floors, with an area of 950 m2, the house can rightfully be called generous. The first floor facilitates the open living room with underfloor heating, design fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. These offer panoramic sea views and optimum light. The spacious designer kitchen is open and has a kitchen island with a bar, a wine climate fridge and super-luxury appliances. All rooms are air-conditioned and have recessed spotlights.
The bedrooms
Of the eight bedrooms, seven have an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom facilitates a separate dressing room and has a private terrace with luxury sunbeds. The other luxury sleeping suites almost all have a private balcony with sea view. In addition, there are various bedrooms that have their own entrance, for extra privacy.
The exterior
The villa has a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by luxury sunbeds and a bar. The residence also facilitates two outdoor living rooms, where you can eat with a large group. The villa has various wooden terraces for sunbathing and a huge roof terrace with a jacuzzi. Near the villa is a fully equipped gym with high-tech equipment. Thanks to the large windows, the view from this room is again phenomenal.

Vooral mede Lemke en dit bedrijf een mooi optrekje gekocht aan de costa. Prettige benadering, fijne gesprekken en deskundig advies. Zeer tevreden 👌
Dit bedrijf heeft ons heel goed te woord gestaan en hebben duidelijke informatie gekregen. We zijn doorverwezen en kan niet anders zeggen dan dat we goed begeleid zijn. Inmiddels hebben we een mooi appartement gekocht.
